Our team of dedicated staff is passionate about making a difference and changing lives for the better. Each member of our team is dedicated to the OneCity mission and has and continues to work tirelessly in achieving our goals.

Henry Daschle

Director, President

Henry Daschle is the CoFounder and President of OneCity. Henry studied History, Political Science, and Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder. He has a passion for physical fitness and his community and upon learning about the discrepancies in fitness facilities in his hometown of Washington D.C., Henry was inspired to create OneCity to give back to the city that has given so much to him.

Caleb Teems

Director, Vice President

Caleb Teems is a CoFounder and Vice President of OneCity. Caleb studied Pre-Law Business and Marketing at the University of Florida. Fitness and exercise have been a passion of Caleb’s since he was a kid. After attending Jackson-Reed high school in DC, Caleb recognized that he had the ability to help change the lives of the students around the city by encouraging them to participate in physical activity.

Maggie Patrick

Communications Representative

Maggie Patrick is the Social Media and Communications representative for OneCity. Maggie is currently a Senior at the University of Colorado-Boulder. Maggie studys English and Education and is on the CU sailing team. Maggie works at the CU Rec Center and Writing Center and loves learning more about mental health, as well helping others learn more too.
